What was the highlight of Palm Palace Hotel
Disappointing
The Location was great. It is in the middle of the city. Most places like lake Tana, restaurants and shops was within few minutes walk. Nice and friendly staff members.
We made a reservation in advance through booking. When we came we found out that the room price was not accurate and that the hotel didn't book a room for us. The next day the owner asked the staff to charge us more money in dollars which we didn’t agree. The staff was nice, but the owner failed to do his job and lied saying the booking reservation came later that he saw it late. Also he make us pay for the room we didn’t stay and for the services he didn’t provide. There was no shuttle service came to pick us up, we paid out of pocket. The WiFi didn’t work. The shower had no curtains, the water spilled to the floor, very high risk to slip and fall.
